Eve Ellison
Eve possesses over 17 years' recruitment experience working with a diverse range of clients throughout London and the UK, from some of the world's largest companies to disruptive start-up and scale-ups. She has created some of the most successful recruitment teams in London, across Marketing & Creative, Sales and Business Support.
Whilst at Reed, Eve received a constant stream of promotions and broke a number of company records, both as a Manager and a Consultant. She was widely renowned within the company for her strategic ability to take some of the company's worst performing teams and P&Ls and transform them into the most productive, profitable and harmonious teams in the UK.
Despite being constantly at the top of the UK Leaderboards for growth, income and profit, one of Eve's greatest achievements was training and developing staff. She maintained an unrivalled track record of helping novice recruiters progress through the career development framework in record time.

Renowned for her straight talking approach with clients and candidates, even as a new starter at Reed, Lizzie featured at the top of the league tables and went strength to strength from Junior Consultant to top Business Manager within four years.
Lizzie began her career in recruitment 9 years ago, after travelling around Australia. Brought up in Shepherds Bush, Lizzie is a born and bred Londoner and loves the diversity and vibrancy in her home city.
There are so many reasons for Lizzie’s success, the main one being that she combines speed with quality and delivers every time! She broke income records within first 18 months in company and hasn’t taken her foot off the pedal since.
Lizzie specialises in recruiting senior and junior talent for London's diverse industry range from NFP's to professional services, and everything in between. Her clients know her for the quality of candidates she provides to both junior and senior roles, never taking a 'spray & pray approach.
